Red Stag Timber is located 5 minutes south of the Rotorua business centre and runs Waipa Sawmill, a significant and successful company within the NZ wood manufacturing industry employing 400 staff and contractors.

We seek an exceptional person to join our team as Receptionist / Administration support reporting to the Commercial Coordinator. This is a fulltime permanent role with normal hours of work being 8am to 5pm (40hrs), Monday to Friday.

This role will facilitate frontline reception duties and provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.  A professional appearance, friendly demeanour and loads of initiative are essential attributes.  Reliable people with a ‘can do’ and responsive approach fit well with our Red Stag team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2yrs previous work experience in a busy receptionist role, preferably in a similar manufacturing organisation. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and sound experience with MS Office are required.
