This role will work with our Business Analysts and operational teams to undertake work including supporting our existing systems, new developments & version upgrades and business continuity planning.
To be successful in this role, we require candidates who have the following skills and attributes:
Ideally have 5yrs+ fulltime experience, working with information technology/ information systems, preferably in a high-tech industrial environment
Expert knowledge of computers, networking, process engineering, software support, documentation and development.
Specific experience using Microsoft SQL Server Database Engine; ability to create and maintain business continuity plans, report writing.
Ideally have some previous exposure to Visual basic; ASP.Net; iFix SCADA and PI.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to both IT and operational staff
Adopts a reliable, responsive and flexible ‘can-do’ customer focussed approach to work
Holds full NZ residency and any required work visa (if applicable)
Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, however from time to time flexibility may be required during busy periods. An application form is available below or contact:
